2025 has been an incredibly productive year for the Perton team. We are profoundly grateful to all our current and future homeowners for trusting us with the creation of your new homes. Your interest and high expectations inspire us daily to strive for excellence in developing high-quality living environments.
Here is a brief look back at our most significant milestones this year:

A New Beginning: We successfully launched the Perton Living brand. Our first six premium accommodation units are now open at Kotzebue Stay. Looking ahead to next year, we will be expanding with the Nora by Perton Living building at Ehitajate tee 105 in Tallinn.

Kotzebue Park Completion: The project is officially finished! A few select apartments are still waiting for their new owners—perhaps one of them is the dream home you’ve been looking for?

Progress in Riga: Construction is well underway at the 360 - Dzelzavas Residences. Out of 103 apartments, one-third have already found their owners.

The Gates of Õismäe Become Reality: The 8-story building at Ehitajate tee 105 has reached its full height. Nora by Perton Living is now sealed and heated, and we are excitedly preparing for its grand opening in the summer of 2026.

A Glimpse into the Future: We remain committed to providing the warmth of a true home for years to come. We are set to begin construction at Kotzebue 22/24 and Kaera 4, with sales for both projects scheduled to launch in 2026.
